From choosing the proper grade or coating, to giving you recommended feeds and speeds to help increase your productivity.
When you need inserted carbide tools, Century Tool & Design is a prime source of supply. If you need custom Toolholder and Insert packages, we can design and build them to your specification. Century craftsman manufacture Inserts of the finest grades of carbide, as well as the Toolholders are made of heat-treated steel.
A one time Developmental Charge may be accessed, based on the time needed to custom design tooling, whether its Inserts, Toolholders or both. All designs are produced using a CADD system.
